Quick stop at my local Target last night to use a few coupons that expire on 7/31 and I was surprised to find out that they no longer let you use overage...Boy was I disappointed! From what I could tell - when they scan the coupon it automatically changed the price to make the item FREE but no overage...that stinks!
Don't know if this is happening at all stores...but it did happen in Trussville where I was shopping last night!
